Digital Mind Policies
A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returned products. We will gladly exchange or replace any defective products within our 10-day exchange period. Digital Mind Corporation reserves the right to charge 25% or more restocking fee for products returned incomplete.
Digital Mind Corporation cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged items while on transit back to us. It is recommended that Customers ship via FedEx or UPS with package tracking and adheres to shipping company's packaging guidelines.
Physical damage to any product will void the product's warranty. Modifying a product in a permanent way is considered physically damaged. Physical damage voids any warranty previously implied for any product.
Shipping, handling and insurance charges are services that have been performed cannot be refunded.
Refunds are issued back to the original source of the purchase. We do not issue store credit.
ALL products being returned must be 100% complete and must be packaged in ORIGINAL PACKAGING. Additional restocking charges will be applied to incomplete returns. Returned products must include all accessories. Please make sure that all manuals, warranty cards, cables, screws, and other accessories are included in the original packaging. Products returned incomplete will be assessed a 25% or more restocking fee. A return will not be processed, or a restocking fee may be charged in the event ANY item(s) included in the original shipment to you is not present in the returned package. ALL ITEMS WILL BE INSPECTED AND TESTED UPON RECEIPT. Any discrepancies including, but not limited to, the following list will result in the package being returned to the customer and credit or replacement will NOT be issued.
The following criteria will be followed in rejecting returns and refusing credit:
Products which are improperly packaged
Packages affixed with counterfeit label(s) or affixed with labels exhibiting tampering
Products with any standard certification labels removed (UL listing, capacity, brand name)
Products or packages with barcode label removed
Products with SERIAL NUMBER which does not match SERIAL NUMBER on invoice.
Item received without having a RMA issued by Digital Mind Corporation service representative.
Cracked components or damage to any circuit boards
Any dents, scratches, defacement or abuse of base casting
Torn or punctured tape seals
Loose, damaged or removed screws/fasteners
Products damaged through negligence or due to poor return packaging will void the warranty and will be returned without replacement at the customer's expense.
