If you need to return or exchange any product to Digital Mind Corporation, please fill out a Technical Support Request Form.

Our RMA representatives will process the RMA request within 2 business days. The RMA number is valid for 15 days within which the returned products must be received by Digital Mind Corporation.


Digital Mind Corporation will do it's best to preserve the content of your drive during service, however we are not responsible for loss of data or data that becomes irretrievable during service. Please make sure to backup all data on your player's hard drive before sending your player in.

Returns will not be accepted without an RMA Number and will be refused back to sender.

Damage on Arrival (DOA)

For all the DOA products, the buyer is required to email us for an RMA number (click here to go to our tech support request form) within 3 days of the receipt date.
