10 Day Refund & Exchange Period

All items may be returned within 10 days from the date of receipt for a refund. All items may be returned within their 10-day window for a refund if returned in "as purchased" condition. Items showing obvious use, misuse, or with missing parts SHALL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR REFUND.

A Return Merchandise Authorization number is required for all returns.

A 15% restocking fee applies to all opened returns.

Returned products which are found to not have defects in materials and workmanship (in accordance with our warranty policy will be subject to a $39.95 product evaluation fee.

Shipping charges are services used and are not refundable.
