Short Shipment

If you did not receive all of the products ordered or the quantity ordered, please contact our Customer Support team by email . All claims must be made within 5 days of receipt. Please note: for verification purposes, a copy of the packing slip will be required in order to ship the missing items. The copy can be faxed to 760.603.9174 or a scanned copy can be e-mailed as an attachment to our customer service team. Once a copy of the packing slip is received, an inventory count of the short shipped item will be conducted. After we have determined the validity of the claim, the item will be sent free of charge. This process takes approximately 1-2 business days depending upon the availability of the product.

Refused Shipment

If a shipment is refused for any reason other than authorized by Digital Mind Corporation customer service representative, customer is responsible for the freight charge incurred. Digital Mind Corporation also reserves the right to charge a 15% restocking fee (which we may choose to waive).

Back Orders

Any items that are unavailable will be placed on back order. Customer will be contacted by Digital Mind Corporation representative with item's estimated time of arrival. Please note that these dates are "estimates" and not guaranteed to arrive on that date.

Customer may choose a substitute for the back ordered item or cancel the item in question and ship rest of the order. Digital Mind Corporation does not ship partial orders without Customer's consent.

Order Process/Ship Time

You can expect most orders to be processed within approximately one to two "business" days, provided the items are in stock and there are no problems with the payment verification. Digital Mind Corporation provides pricing and availability information for each item. Inventory status is listed is an estimated ship time. Digital Mind Corporation cannot guarantee same day shipping. Orders will not be processed on weekends and holidays.
