Digital Mind Corporation will do everything possible to keep you informed of your order via e-mail. Your tracking number will be emailed to you once the order is shipped. You may also check online status page for live updates.

Change Orders

You may request a change to your order, provided your order has not already been processed. Please email us at Customer Support during business hours to change your order. Please include your order number.

Cancel Order

You may request for cancellation upon request via email. However, our Customer Service Team may not be able to cancel an order depending on the stage of the order.

Here is a brief overview of the stages of an order within our system:

Orders are placed on-line and verified with an e-mail confirmation.
Orders are downloaded frequently per day to the database.
Orders are assigned with a tracking # and packaged.
Orders are picked by FedEx and shipped.

All orders are cancelable between stages 1 and 2. After an order enters stage 3, we can still try to cancel the order but we cannot guarantee the success. If the order cannot be cancelled by our Customer Service Department, the order can be refused upon delivery. Once the package has been returned back to us and processed, the credit card used to make the purchase will be credited for the purchase price of the item(s). Unfortunately because we have incurred the shipping charges they cannot be refunded.
